These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the ShaSha Lounge website (shashalounge.com), any ShaSha Lounge membership, and your attendance at our venue (together, the "Services"). By using any of them you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.
ShaSha Lounge is operated by ShaSha Lounge, LLC, a Louisiana limited liability company, with its principal place of business in New Orleans, Louisiana.
Membership is available to adults 21 years of age or older. Each application is reviewed for fit with the room and the mission. We may decline any application and may terminate membership for conduct inconsistent with these Terms or our House Rules.
Current tiers and fees are listed on our Membership page. Fees are billed in advance per tier (annually for Signature, monthly for Social, one-time for Founders Circle). Taxes apply.
Members may bring guests to the extent allowed by their tier. Members are responsible for their guests' conduct and bill.
We may suspend or terminate membership immediately for violations of House Rules, non-payment, or conduct unsafe to staff or guests. We will refund unused prepaid amounts in all cases except where termination follows a safety violation.
Reservations hold a table for 15 minutes past the booked time. No-shows after 15 minutes release the table. Events, Masterclasses and Private Events have their own cancellation terms as shown at booking.
Payment is processed by a PCI-DSS-compliant third-party processor. Louisiana sales tax and city tax apply. Service charge and gratuity, where applicable, are shown clearly before checkout. Refunds are at our discretion except as required by law.
Alcohol is served only to adults 21+. We verify ID on request. Louisiana law and ShaSha policy require us to decline service to anyone who appears intoxicated. We will happily arrange a ride home.
Please notify your server of any allergens or dietary needs. We work with multiple ingredients in the same kitchen; we take reasonable steps to prevent cross-contact, but cannot guarantee an allergen-free environment.
All content on shashalounge.com (text, images, logos, menus, cocktail names, articles) is owned by ShaSha Lounge or our licensors and protected by applicable law. You may share links to our pages. Any other use requires our written permission.
If you send us ideas, recipes, reviews, or any other content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to use it in the operation of the Services. You confirm the content is your own and does not infringe anyone else's rights.
Our site may link to third-party sites. We are not responsible for their content, policies, or practices.
The Services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis to the maximum extent permitted by law.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShaSha Lounge, LLC and its officers, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claim arising out of your breach of these Terms or your misuse of the Services.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana. The exclusive forum for disputes is the state or federal courts located in Orleans Parish, Louisiana, unless mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be posted on this page and, where applicable, emailed to members at least 14 days before taking effect.
